Beginning March, snow usually starts melting around Tawang, thereby allowing more accessibility, but with the snow draped visuals. High-altitude monasteries, mountain passes, and lakes are particularly beautiful at this time of year in the region. As we travel before high summer, there will be less crowds and the views out there of the surrounding mountains would be clearer.
